On Friday, June 30th, two of your employees came to my home to repair my awning. I never before witnessed such tenacity and perseverance as I did that day. Although they had forewarned me about the quality of my awning, they still insisted that they could turn my ugly duck into a swan. Needless to say the swan will take a few weeks to arrive, but I wanted to say thank you! Not only were they dedicated, but they both were extremely good natured, courteous, and demonstrated exceptional customer service.
